It was a true joy, precious moments, amazed to discover a certain quality of life. Magical moments that I will never forget, I fell in love with Mount Fuji—yes, you can fall in love with a volcano. I meditated in temples surrounded by resplendent nature. I got lost only to find myself again. The contact with the locals was genuine and sincere, with a reassuring joy of living. I had been waiting for this trip, and I am fulfilled.

The trip was simply amazing overall! And Ryan, our tour guide, was the perfect companion. He showed us "his" Japan, and it was very authentic. By traveling on public transportation, we experienced the country in a completely different way. Overall, it was a great mix of culture, everyday life, nature (the cherry blossoms were simply wonderful), and sights, with enough time for our own discoveries. Our tour guide also gave us great tips here. I would take this trip again at any time to this fascinating country, which impressed and touched me deeply and represents a special combination of modernity and tradition.

The trip was very diverse with a tight and eventful program. The hotels were very well equipped, and a bath in the onsen after a strenuous day was wonderful! Sometimes I would have wished for a bit more time to visit or linger at certain places.
